Ouch 20 bucks for a wrap the size of an egg roll, and soggy to boot with an app I didn't order that was totally inedible. Threw the food out, and went to a restaurant for dinner.
Ordered from here a few times, each time we got terrible food poisoning. We believe it to be the wings. Now we just go to Tony's for better food that doesn't make you ill.
The food is good. That's the only good thing I can say about here.
The inside of the store is gross-looking and dim. My biggest problem is the staff. They are literally the WORST group of people I have ever met, not just in the business world. None of them ever have good attitudes about anything whatsoever. I was willing to let it go as their food is actually quite good, but tonight pushed me over the edge. I haven't even eaten yet, I instantly started writing this review. I ordered delivery for the first time in a while as I am a delivery driver myself and had just gotten in a crash. When the driver arrived, he had a very poor attitude. He didn't ask me how I was and he didn't even have the hint of a smile. I had two tips laid out as I've had past poor delivery driver's from here. Hell, I don't even think I've ever had a good one. One was $2 and one was $7. I chose to give him the $2 tip as his attitude was poor and I believe in tipping people what they deserve. (Hell, usually I would've given him the $7 anyways, but as I previously stated, I am a delivery driver with a broken car therefore I need money for a new car and I am out of a job.) Literally all he had to do was smile and I would have tipped him more. He grabbed it, shoved it in his pocket, and had this small mumbled rant about the $2. Now, as a delivery driver, I would have been more than happy with the $2. I make around ten to twenty deliveries in a five hour shift and my largest cash tip ever has been $7. My average tip is $0.10-$1.00. Most of the time, I am tipped nothing and I ALWAYS try to keep my best attitude. Even when I am stuck in the pouring rain waiting ten minutes for a frat house to open the door... The staff is just awful, that's all there is to it. I would recommend staying far from here unless it's truly your last resort. Yes, the food is good (If they even get your order right. I forgot to mention that I've ordered from here TONS of times in the past and around 8/20 of these times, the order was fully correct. They always manage to forget things), but I can't justify funding such poor business and behavior. This used to be my FAVORITE place to order from too. There is one person who works here who I deliver to occasionally and he's really cool. He has somewhat long brown hair and a beard and reminds me kind of a lumberjack. If you see him, congratulate him on being the only somewhat decent person who works there. If I could do it all again, I would have tipped the driver $0.
